There are a handful of vehicles experience a strobing effect once they are converted to High Intensity Discharge (HID) Lights. This problem is caused by the main computer seeing a drop in running wattage because of the new lights. Stock Halogen bulbs run at 55W, once converted to HID - the lights are running at only 35W. The computer detects this change which leads to the lights strobing on and off. There is a lack of voltage being pulled, so they strobe.
This item comes with 2 Canceller Kits to be added to each side of the HID system. It is installed between the vehicle headlight harness and the HID Ballast in order to fix the strobing problem and convert the 35W current of the HID kit into 55W before detection by the main computer.
